Can a new company be registered with the name
" Hope communications Private Limited" ?
I have registered Trade Mark as " Hope Communications"
A Company is already registered with the name
" Hope communications Private Limited" in Bihar state.
Plaese help me.

a company can't be allowed to register itself with a same name by which a company has already been registered and is in existence.
So the name of company can't be "Hope Communications Private Limited"
So the name of company can't be "Hope Communications Private Limited"
