Can a new company be registered with the name
" Hope communications Private Limited" ?
I have registered Trade Mark as " Hope Communications"

A Company is already registered with the name
" Hope communications Private Limited" in Bihar state.

Plaese help me.

20 January 2010 a company can't be allowed to register itself with a same name by which a company has already been registered and is in existence.
So the name of company can't be "Hope Communications Private Limited"
