My wife's name has been written as 'RITA DEVI' in he birth certificate of my child.
while her other documents (voter ID, Aadhar Card, PAN Card) are in the name as 'RITA GUPTA'
I have done an Affidavit as both are one identical person.
I want to know whether the name mentioned in my child birth certificate as 'RITA DEVI, may arise any problem in future as her name is 'RITA GUPTA' according to the PAN, VOTER ID etc.

No it should not be a problem. It will also help that you have an Affidavit to this effect.
