Dear Experts,
My name is M.S.Ravi. My grandpa name Murugan, My father name Shankar.
Now i want to apply the aadhar card & Pan card. Which one is First name and last name.
Pl.Exp line (M.S.Ravi ) First name, Middle Name and Last name.
What is Sur name ? If not have , what can i do

In PAN form u must have to fill ur surname, if u r confused regarding it, confirm it from ur parents. Or u must fill ur full name from surname. Like ur name is M.S. Ravi, then the whole thing (M.S. Ravi) will start from surname column. And regarding Aadhar, they will need any ID and address proof for it, so first go for PAN and then apply for aadhar. Coz PAN is mandatory for Aadhar
