Sir, while filling my ITR ay 2023-24 seen salary entry on 26As but that Company does not belongs to me. While I decided to file grievance. It already shows GRIEVANCE by some other person under the head of MISUSE OF ACCOUNT on dated 28-05-2023
But I regularly filed my ITR since 2012 and other financial activity with same PAN NUMBER 2012
Now how can continue use same PAN? where should approach ?

Login and check your profile in e-filing income tax portal.
If your name, address, phone number and other details match with you then submit grievances of misuse of your PAN in the income tax portal.

user id on portal used by me from last 10 years and showing all my details as well as iTRs. Perhaps other party is going to registered himself on portal for ITR but it showed Pan already registered. On that basis grievance filled by him. Same pan number is allotted to TWO PERSONS

As you are long term user of your PAN you continue to use your PAN .
The other person might have wrongly used your PAN instead of his.
You also raise grievances.

Form 26AS showing salary entry which might be belongs to that person. Should I need to file grievance against that COMPANY? (actually that company has no fault it works on provided PAN) But if I do not filed grievance than it becomes painful for me.
Please advise in right direction.
