I am in a peculiar situation where my main PAN that I am using since 2002 is deactivated, and they are asking me to use PAN that I never received. Basically two PANs were issued without my knowledge of intention.

Can anyone please suggest an alternative or some some solution to my problem?
Fyi, I don't have either copy of PAN or receipt of PAN letter, so I can't use correction of PAN form to cancel my duplicate PAN. Correction form requires either of two documents.
