You can take the columns as Gross Turnover of Sales, MVAT on Sales, Net Turnover of Sales and the breakup of turnover as per Rate of VAT applicable. Also repeat the procedure for Purchase also in the same manner. I hope this might help you. If found any difficulty then reply with specific question.
