03 January 2013 What is the rate of TDS under MVAT for registered dealer & for unregistered dealer?

Is it 2% for registered dealer & 4% for unregistered dealer. Is there is any change in the rate of rate to 5% for unregistered dealer, if yes, please give notification.

03 January 2013 Yes, the rate is increased to 5% wef 01.04.2012. See Notification No. JC(HQ)1/VAT/2005/97 Dated 4th April, 2012.
