Mvat audit due date for fy 12-13

31 October 2013 Could some one help me in this.
What is the Vat Audit due date for the FY 2012-2013 as per Maharashtra Value Added Tax.

On Due date calender from Mahavat.gov.in site its showing 15 January. Please confirm is this correct date.

30 November 2013 "Rule 65. The report of audit under section 61 shall be in Form 704." The auditor is required to download latest version of Form 704 from the website.

"Rule 66. The report of the audit under section 61 shall be submitted electronically within nine months and fifteen days from the end of the year to which the report relates." The due date for uploading audit report, in Form 704, for the financial year 2012-13 shall be 15th January, 2014.
