17 January 2014 First you learn about the law and its various aspects,like the Act,Rules, schedules,notifications,circulars and their amendments. Along with forms and instructions one should have full knowledge of implementation of the law.Then it is very easy to verify whether a dealer has complied with the law or not.....mjk

I want to know about (Maharashtra ) sale tax late payment interest amount calculation
my 3rd Qtr 1.10.16 to 31.12.16 my tax to pay of 95154/- and due date was 21.1.17 but till date i not paid so , @ what rate i pay the tax and please share calculation
