i am 23 years old and recently started investing 1000 through monthly SIP in HDFC TOP 200. please suggest funds in which i can invest for the next 10-20 years.

27 August 2011 In my opinion one should go for mid cap equity fund or Gold ETF SIP for return of around 12% to 20 % return in the long run span of 10 - 20 years.

27 August 2011 HDFC 200 is very good diversified fund and choose dividend reinvestment plan to invest long term in this.

28 August 2011 In my opinion Mutual Funds are nothing but simply an eye wash. You should not invest in it and on papers all mutual funds are best but if you invest in mid cap equity shares you can ear much better return by way of dividend as well increase in market value.
