Kindly reply for my query
I have invested Rs.5 lakhs in SBI Mutual funds before 4 years, now that amount accumulated to Rs.7 Lakhs.
Now, what my doubt is, while maturity, whether this returns is taxable or tax free?

depends on the scheme invested. long term gains on equity scheme shall be exempt. on debt scheme, there is no exemption.
