Mutual amount exchage beteen the director and the pvt ltd co

24 July 2012 Dear All,

could you please clarify me, if the mutual transfer of amount between the director and the pvt ltd company liable for any interest ?

or can we transfer any number of times the amount between the director to the company and company to the director without effecting the interest or TDS or any other provisions ?

27 July 2012 There is no compulsion to provide interest and deduct TDS on loan between company and director. It can be interest free.

30 July 2012 Dear Ramesh,

There is no section which makes it compulsory to provide interest in case of loan transaction between company and director.
