what is muncipal corporation tax, and who paid this tax . Owner of property or a person who settled his business ( Rented) on this property.

Hi Tax on property charged by BBMP is Municipal Tax, liability of paying Municipal tax is by Land Lord, and as per the agreement it may or may not be recoverable from Tenant.

this is paid by the owner normally, but if the rent agreement say that pay by the tenant then tenant will pay .
