01 December 2023 I want to generate multiple vehicle e-way bill ? What is the use of generating multiple vehicle e-way bill? How multiple vehicle e-way bill is generated?

First generate the e-way bill with source and destination as per the document/invoice. Carry out the first leg of movement of the consignment up to the transhipment. Choose the 'Change to Multi-vehicle' option and update the e-way bill for multi-vehicle movement.

02 December 2023 We are importing from china so shall we generate e-way bill from date of loading in china port and then when goods arrive on port ready for transhipment we generate multi vehicle e-way bill.please advise

Fill the date of local transport date.

03 December 2023 What mandatory details are required to generate an e way bill?
GSTIN of the recipient must be submitted. The Pin code of the place where goods are delivered needs to be mentioned. The invoice or the challan number against which the goods are supplied must be submitted. The value of consignment is to be mentioned.

Prepare delivery challan and enter delivery challan number and date in the E way bill.

03 December 2023 There is option called import. After import selected is asks for bill of entry BE no and bill of lading no and date.be and bl date is mandatory.Be date is ok but bl date is not filled original .when given current date it takes.
