Whether multiple HUF can be created for Income Tax purpose.
A- Father
B- Mother
C- Son
D- Daugher
We have plan to form the HUF in following combinations. what will be the Legal Validity.
1. Combination of
1. Father, Mother, Son
2. Father, Mother, Daughter
3. Father & Mother
4, Father & Son
5. Mother & Son
etc...

Above combination's are invalid.
You can form only 2 HUF if son is married otherwise only 1 HUF possible.
1) HUF of Father
2) HUF of Son (If son is married)
