Please clarify my confusion about MSMED Act.
Hi all.
As per MSMED act, if any enterprise is covered under MSMED then the payment should be made to that enterprise within 45 days or as per the contract terms whichever is less. My queries are
1) 45 days to be taken from invoice date/material dispatch date/or material receipt date.
2)If any enterprise is registered as SSI and not registered under MSMED act, doest the provision of 45 days still apply.
3) After MSMED act, does the SSI Act still holds good.
