22 November 2016 Hello Sir,
My client is housewife(window) is earning Monthly about 15K-20K from home business
(work Like Selling And Making foods Products).
She has no assts.
It is compulsory to make P/L, B/s
all transation in cash

So plz suggest me which Itr to fill & is it ok with that to fill itr there is nil return.

22 November 2016 you can file ITR-4s sec 44AD Presumptive Income you can declare 8% of Gross Turnover.

22 November 2016 under Sec 44 AD you have to declare Income Minimum 8% of Gross Turnover ,You can declare more than 8%
