Mortgage of 3 party land

Sir I would like to ask if a sahakarmi mandali ( co-operative society) can mortgage its land to a pvt ltd company or give them the rights to mortgage it on its behalf?

Check it's by laws it will not allow such mortgage.

Ok so what is the solution of it if I want to use that land as a third party collateral for my company project funding?

No solution co-op society land can't be mortgaged for the company.
