More tds deducted in salary

Sir,
My Husband had left the Job in NOv'15 , from December'15 he joined another company.
My query is from April- NOv' 15 he had submitted all the required proof of House Rent to the Previous Company but still they didn't consider in the HRA due to which they deducted more TDS.
Now we are asking them to revise the TDS Return , but the company is asking for some reference or link to check if they change the same or not.
A humble request to send me ant link or reference so that i can send the company & ask them to revise the return so that can get the refund of same.

you just need to submit rent paid receipts and rental agreement as a proof for claiming HRA exemption and no need to claim any information than this,
1)However i can tell you you cannot get any refund of TDS already deducted from company as they might have already paid to government and they cannot get them back
2)you may advice your husband to file his return of income to get excess tax deduct as refund from incometax dept
