Please provide me with monthly and yearly returns form of vat and also procedure for filing the same.

For Gujarat VAT
1) Form No. 201 along with Annexure 201A & 201B and 201C
if your tax payable during the year exceeds Rs. 60,000/- then such return to be submitted monthly otherwise quaterly
2) Form No. 205 for Annual VAT Return.
In case of person having turnover more than 50.00 Lacs or having CST Registration, then such returns to E-filing is mandatory
