I HAVE DEPOSITED MONTHLY TAX OF ONE PARTY FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH BUT WRONGLY I DEPOSITED IT AS QUARTERLY WILL YHERE WILL BE ANY OBJECTION IN DELHI VAT

You have to pay interest u/s 201. Pay it and go to sleep otherwise afterwards you will have sleepless night.
