is this salary structure is ok & the taxable amount will be 31020+15510+700 if employee do not have any housing loan.

Entertainment expenses are taxable for private employees and exemption is given upto certain amount for govt employees. Fuel expenses are not taxable if they are incurred for official purposes and bills supporting the expenditure should be submitted for considering the same as non taxable.
