sir/madam,
pls tell me when we file return...
we get registration on 9th august,2011 and previous year turnover is 45lac. we are not raise any bill in market till date of excise we are planing to intimate superintendent after this month for raise bill or issue bill.
pls suggest when we file return ?

you need to furnish declaration under notification no 8/2003 for availing benefit of 150 lacs without input credit, then you would be eligible to file quarterly return,
if you are availing input credit of duties paid on inputs and input services then you are not eligible for benefit of 8/2003 and monthly returs are to be submitted,
if you are availing input credit of duties paid on inputs and input services then you are not eligible for benefit of 8/2003 and monthly returs are to be submitted,
