Dear friends,
im helping an NGO from last few months .
which sales some articles
we have some client in usa who want to give order to us .
i just want to know how much maximum amount can we as an NGO can received from usa without any other tax compliance .
plz help.

No limitation if it is against sale of articles. Donations from USA can be received with out any limit provided it is registered with FCRA (Foreign contribution Regulation Act) and complying with the requirements.

Friends we are not having FCRA no yet and our Turnover is less then 5Lakh.

If the donor is Indian passport holder FCRA registration is not required. If you receive the amount from foreign passport holder reciving the amount in savings ac is an offence.
