we have cenvat credit balance of excise.
And during the month education cess & surchage is payable.
Can I adjust cenvat credit against surcharge and education cess or i have to pay education cess & surchage. Please help out.

You can not adjust the education cess on CENVAT balance of excise duty. You have to pay education cess.

seperate accounts will maintain for all type of duty and cess and pay shot amount by PLA.
