we are registered traders of glass bottles. we supply glass bottles to pharma company. sometimes we supply directly from manufacturer to the user. can the user get modvat benfit from my invoicee.

Hi Saurav, the modvat benefit can be taken form the invoice issued by the manufacturer or the first stage dealer or the second stage dealer or by the input credit distributor. if u are registered as 1st stage or 2nd stage dealer under excise only then the user can take the credit on issuance of invoice as per rule 11 of excise rules 2002
