Dear Niti,
Mock Test held by branches and has no relation with examination department as it's taken by board of studies.
u should submit your mock test form to the concerned branch office

The branch which is conducting mock test asks students to fill the form for appearing in the Mock Test. This happens only at branch / chapter level in case of mock test conducted by ICAI.
