22 April 2013 How can i got copy of MOA and AOA from MCA21.let me know the procedure.

22 April 2013 u 1st need to login to the mca site,
then on the left side the page you will find a heading called view public documents,
under that heading there's an option of view public documents. now give your company's cin no./ name (though cin alone is sufficent, in case u dont know the cin, under the same heading on the left side you will find an option of find CIN)
.
then tick the given option and click on add to my cart option, now you have to pay rs. 50 by net banking or credit card, in case you pay it through challan, you wont be able to check immediately.
now after payment you will find an option of my documents udner the home tab of the page. now from here you can check any document.
for cheking moa and aoa, use the option of viewing incorporation doucment, there you will find form 1, in which moa and aoa would be attached.
