14 February 2012 one company can be incorporated for doing three different kind of business?

In main objects of MOA of company, to do three different kinds of business can be incorporated?

is it permissible under companies act, 1956?

18 February 2012 Its not permissible to add 3 main objects in MOA of a single company.

Ideal way is add one main business in MOA main objects, rest can be taken in anciliary object.

You can very well do business mentioned in anciliary and allied objects by passing board resolution.

Actually my client wants 2 do business like technical consulatancy services, online retail business (E-business) and trading of imported contenders...

so my questn is whethr he can do these three busineses in one company by mentioning othr two businesses in anciliary objects?
