18 July 2015 Authorised Capital of Rs. 10 lakh.

As per our estimate the MOA fees was supposed to be Rs. 36000.

However in the Challan generated on MCA Website only Rs. 2000 was charged with regards to MOA Fees. Rest all the fees were correct.

Please help what is to be done now.

18 July 2015 fees is less for small companies...refer the index of fees provided for small companies.

18 July 2015 Nikhil bhai is correct. MOA fees of Small Company (a company having capital upto 10 lacs) is Rs 2000. Plz check the instruction kit of Form INC-7.
