To carry on all or any of the businesses as manufacturers, fabricators, buyers, sellers, importers, exporters, hirers, renters, distributors, agents and dealers in all kinds of shoes, foot wears and all other types of products made from natural and synthetic latex, raw rubber, PVC and other similar material, canvas, leather, imitation leather, cloth, and synthetic uppers.
