(1) To carry on in India or elsewhere in the world the business of advisory and consultancy by its own or by commissioning in the field of formation and incorporation of company, trust, society, etc., Provide assistances in cases of amalgamation, merger, absorption, take over, winding up, etc., giving assistances to the company in the matter of preparation of secretarial records and accounts, Making and certification of search reports, due diligence report, annual report etc., Provide capital market services, digital signature certificates, tax management service, Assist in wealth tax, sales tax, income tax, value added tax, foreign exchange planning, Assisting the client in various cases of company representations like in front of business parties, official authority, etc., Provide assistances in the field of intellectual properties like patent, copyright, trademark, design, etc., To provide assistances in the field of stock exchange related matters like Share listing, initial public offer approval, etc.
(2) To carry on in India pr elsewhere in the world the business of outsourcing by its own or by commissioning in the field of business process outsourcing, knowledge process outsourcing and legal process outsourcing, Making of books of accounts for clients, Appointing professional and or any other persons for client company, Provide every service related to pan/tan card, Provide service in case of loan documentation, direct investment, external commercial borrowing, capital planning, data correction, tax return filing, etc.,
