I had two queries regarding incorporation of a new private limited:-
1. In AOA and MOA, can the signature table be filled just like how it was filled previously by subscribers and one professional witness?
2. Can we notarise a single INC-10 for two subscribers/first directors of the company?
Please help.

1. yes there is no change in moa subscribing process.
2. no separate INC - 10 is required to be notarized
