09 April 2011 Hi....

im registering a pvt. ltd. company im done with Form 1A and recived the name allotment letter....know after drafting the MOA/AOA i dont know how to pay stamp duty..when i go to the option pay stamp duty they ask me to give SRN No. of MCA21........kindly tell me the prcedure regarding MOA/AOA step by step.....it will be a great help as im new to this procedure

10 April 2011 after filling form 1, 32 and 18 you have to upload form 1 then it will ask for form 32 and 18 to upload,BUT Before uploading pls select stamp duty payment ELECTRONICALLY in FORM 1

pls upload form 1, 32 and 18 simultaneously one by one then portal ask you to payment of MCA fee, after paying MCA fees it will ask you to pay stamp duty. NOW you have pay stamp duty online.
