whether MOA or AOA are required to be filled with ROC in Case of incorporation of a pvt co.or not.

Scanned copy of MOA and AOA should be attached with e-form 1 and should be uploaded to MCA Portal. If Stamp duty is paid by electronic mode no need to file hard copy with the concerned ROC. Otherwise, hard copy should necessarily be filed before ROC.
