Moa and aoa

This query is : Resolved

16 June 2014 Sir,i want to know -what is the difference between MOA according to companies act 1956 and companies act 2013.

16 June 2014 Hi Dolly,

See there is no difference between MOA under both the acts as far as requirement and need is concerned.

The difference is with respect to the provisions. There are various provisions due to which there is need to adopt new MOA and AOA.

For example now there is no need to divide object clause of MOA into main object and other objects and Ancillary objects. so there are various change which would be tuff to list here.

Thanks
