Mistake rectification in mca e-form 5

I had filed e-Form 5 for a pvt. ltd co. for its increase in authorised share capital. But now I want to change the amount of issued, subscribed and paid up capital amount. The form has been alredy approved by the ROC. What should I do to change the details?

If Form-5 has been approved then you can not revised such form-5 after approval.
