Mistake in itr1 excel utility

I am trying to fill ITR 1 and generating XML with my appropriate data. But one error is coming "Income under salary cannot be less than as shown in sch TDS1".

Actually in ITR1 form worksheet "Income Details" cell AM41 we will file our actual income coming as per final exemptions available and in worksheet "TDS" cell E4 we will write form 16 data (Income chargeable under head salary). Now this data will be higher or equal to cell AM41. But if you put higher data than it is showing error as "Income under salary cannot be less than as shown in sch TDS1" though the value E4 is higher than AM41 but if you put lower value than AM41 than it will accept and XML will be generated which is wrong. Actually the person who has created this spreadsheet has used ">" instead of "<" and this spreadsheet is not at all verified by incometax department.

I want to file return but not able to generate XML. Trying to call no 08025186960 given on income tax website but always busy whenever tried (Tried for 2 hrs). Why in India even small minister has 4-5 phone lines but for crores of taxpayer only 1 line which is always busy.

Please can any one tell me what to do or send any other file?

20 June 2012 u should write in Cell E4 income exclty what is as per your computation i.e. income chargable under the head income from salary, not as per form 16.
