while filling form No. 103 I have made a mistake in date of completion.How can it be current with registration record?

1st you make a call to your regional Branch regarding the matter,
then visit to the Regional branch for the further clarification..

As said by above expert it would be better if you can call to ca office where you sent documents for registration and ask them for the procedure to correct form..
