01 April 2010 My CA has my last 3 years IT returns and acknowledgement number. He is not in touch from some time.

Is there any alternate way to obtain copy of my returns from tax departmetbased on my PAN card no.

01 April 2010 You can write a letter to the ITO stating that the ITR records have been misplaced by you and request you to kindly provide you the copy of Income Tax return filing acknowledgement.

You will have to do follow up with the department or the concerned ITO for the same and you should get the same in a months time.
