Make Advertisement (Paper to be given to department)
Make Indeminity Bond
Copy of All Purchase Bill, Builty,and other proff and Fill another requisition form with Fee and Submit to department and get New Form "C"

ADVETISEMENT AT LEAST IN TWO NEWSPAPERS ONE IN LOCAL LANGUAGE AND ONE IN ENGLISH NEWSPAPERS.AND U HAVE TO GIVE THE REFEERENCE OF OLD MISSING C FORM IN NEW C FORMS &FORM WIIL BE FILL WITH RED INK.
