21 November 2011 ACTUALLY ARE 1 is forms are issued by client to exempting of Excise duty.

department of excise / custom signed on it at the time of exportation in four copy:

1. ORIGINAL
2. DUPLICATE
3.TRIPLICATE
4.QUADRUPLICATE

IN THIS REGARD, IF YOU GO TO THE CUSTOM OFFICE / EXCISE OFFICE THEY ATTEST THE ANY ONE OF ABOVE SAID COPY WHICH IS LOST/ MISPLACE , THEY WILL ATTEST THIS AFTER TAKING A REQUEST LETTER IN THIS REGARDS.

21 November 2011 Sir, actually I had given shipment to DHL, the executed the shipment well, but lost all the three copies of ARE-1 accompinied with the cargo.

What should I do in this case?

in view of above, go to custom/ excise office and and after taking the condition attest .
