Mismatch name in verification of itr v

16 December 2013 Dear Sir,
I ask this question on 12/12 2013 and your reply also I get and you ask for clear the question.
My question is, I filled up in first name as "Lata" and last Name as "takhel" whereas I filled up on the verification of ITR as "takhel lata devi" d/o.... so so.
Is this problem or not? if there is mistake/ problem what do I do now? kindly reply .
