30 March 2020 Kindly guide where miscellaneous expenditure like Preliminary expenses,preoperative expense, Discount of issue of shares etc are show in Balance sheet as per CA-2013.
1. Under Intangible assets
2. Under other non current assets

or
3. deducted from Capital

31 March 2020 Preliminary expenditure may be shown in the balance sheet (Schedule II part-1) under the head 'other non current assets'.Amount w/off yearly may be shown under 'other expenses' in 'statement of profit or loss'(Schedule II part-II). Alternatively, fully w/off preliminary expenses in the year of occurrence as per AS-26.
