19 September 2014 as per Nikhil sir said I have gone to shahdara regional office of icai delhi but they said they cant do anything the form103 have already sent wat am isuppose to do

and plzzzz tell me whether it gonna affect my articleship registrartion

well this is one of their usual responses. The forms are processed at regional office only. You should have met higher officials in case front desk didnt assist you.
