I M DOING FOR FIRST TIME MIS AUDIT CAN SOMEONE GUIDE THAT HOW TO APPROACH AND CONDUCT THE AUDIT.

You can go by three stages.
1.First you understand what are MIS reports presently generating your client's system. Conduct an audit of that so as to find that whether system provide accurate results.
2.Lack of present MIS system - There might many areas the present MIS system missed. Identify those areas.
3.You can also verify the rational of the present MIS system with a logical sense and suggest improvements.
