Minutes of the board meeting

As per Agenda of the Board Meeting, Item No. 1 was “Grant of Leave of Absence” but owing to pleasant presence of all the Directors on the Board there was no absence. Now when I am preparing Minutes of the same Board Meeting how this item will be shown? As a normal practice, if there was no absence of any Director then this item is not required to be shown in the Minutes and sequence will be started from Item No. 2 onwards. If I follow this practice so it will not match with the Numbering of the Agenda items. Hence I need your vital contribution to my knowledge to prepare the Minutes.

You are right in case of 100% presence LA is not required to be shown. However in your prob of numbering I would advise you to put the heading of LA and write “Since all the directors were present in the meeting Leave of Absence was not granted to any director.”
