Hello Everyone,
Can someone provide me with an item of minutes of a board meeting of ink manufacturing company where nothing signifcant was discussed. Or some kind of dummy item to include in minutes?

16 July 2011 First of all you have to pass the resolution for reading and approval of last BOD meeting
"The minutes of the last meeting was read out by Sri,...... and after discussion the members present approved the same"
"Resolved that the minutes of the last meeting held on .... is hereby approved and adopted"

There being no other business to transact the members present asked the Chairman to give the brief about the working of the company.

Thw Chairman briefed the members and being satisfied the meeting was concluded with a vote of thanks to the chair.

18 July 2011 Please give me some more points as the above given points are compulsory, it has to be in the minutes, i want some more dummy items to include in the minutes of the ink manufacturing company like

UPDATE ON SETTING UP OF MANUFACTURING FACILITIES AT __________:
Chairman informed the Board about the progress of construction / installation of plant at Vasai. The Board expressed satisfaction over the progress.
