I would like to know if the minutes can be written in loose leaf format and maintained instead of writing in a book register? Is there any new regulations in this regard. I would highly appreciate the replies.

MINUTES BOOK IS TO BE PREPARED AS PER SEC193 OF CO. ACT,1956.

Hi Shankar,
Kindly appreciate Yes, Minutes can be written in loose leaf format for a reasonable period (Generally 6 months)and after that to maintain their authenticity maintain them in a bound format.
No need to write the minutes. Print out will do.
Recently there is no change/new regulations in this regard.
