Whether Minor can be directior in pvt ltd
a pvt ltd company can be incorporated with 3 major director and 2 minor director

Minor can never become a Director

There is no express provision in companies act disqualifying a minor as director.. how ever to be a director one should have DIN section 152(3).... DIN cannot be allotted to a Minor.. so he cannot be a director

how to treat in company because minor's father want introduce in company

minor can be shareholder provided shares are fully paid up..... (he can't be owner of partly paid shares)
